I just had 5 days off work and you would think I would be refreshed and happy to go to work but alas that was not the case. I got to work and almost fell asleep at my desk. I am searching and seeking to find a very old man with a shitload of money to support me and my lifestyle. Yes an Anna Nicole situation shall we say.
Why am I so tired? Even coffee did nothing to me. I am thinking that my iron levels are back to shithouse level. I got home and literally crashed on the sofa and fell into a deep deep sleep.
I ate some homemade soup mum had made for me and then I had walnuts when all of a sudden my home phone rang and it was Tashi and my Dee my god-daughter. They twisted my arm and I raced over to see my gorgeous girls. I love hanging with them as we have so much fun.
I’m now home and its only 8.30pm and I am ready to go to bed. My question is this, do other bandits suffer from this much exhaustion or is it just me? I am sooo tired ever since the surgery. I have my good days so don’t get me wrong when hot darn when I am tired I am just so tired.
Apart from the tiredness all is going swimmingly and I am very happy. I also wanted to let out a shout out to my gorgeous friend Maree who just received her surgery date!! Girl I was so happy for you I did a happy dance in works waiting room. Excellent news.
Well I apologize for the short entry but there aint much more to say.

I know what you mean about fatigue and feelings of being so tired. I have days where I come home from work and can sleep three hours straight and then go back to bed for another 8! Not so much now.
I still get like this from time to time 16 months after banding. Not nearly as bad since I'm now on an iron supplement. But if I feel crap .. I just boost it up. And maybe chuck a nana nap in for good luck!
I find if I get sick (ie head cold) I need to sleep a lot more than I did before surgery.
But no, gorgeous, you're not alone!
