Day 106 - Sylvester The Stalker strikes back!!!

It’s Friday and I went to work with a bounce in my step and feeling alive and positive. I noticed that my pants are slipping off and for the first time in a long time I can actually see a change in me. I worked very hard today and managed to get a substantial amount of work done. God I love days like this when I get everything done. I feel like an admin bulldozer.

I went onto my blog this afternoon and took a look at my comment board, and what do I see? Yes folks, here we go, yet again. The Stalker strikes back. “The Stalker” as you readers and friends have nicknamed him has started his rampage once again. His wrath was utterly nonsensical, illogical, pointless, absurd and uneducated. His (if it is indeed a HE) comments read rather erratic and all over the place. My observation is that the guy is with out a doubt off the planet and I am sure he is medicated. I also think he has the unfortunate problem of “Erectus Problematis” Poor little boy!!! All you need to do is ask your GP for the little blue pills.

Happily this time around I am neither offended nor scared. You see Sylvester aka The Stalker, Mr. Stalker I know MY rights!!! I am now angry and I want nothing more than to ridicule you to the world you sick and sad little, little boy. ( I actually feel sorry for him as this is how he probably try’s to pick chicks up.)

I must threaten you sooooo much that you feel so compelled to leave the comments that you do. Too bad huh? It’s hard being the gorgeous, irresistible specimen that I am. You must want me soooo badly. You went to all this trouble Mr. Stalker to get my attention when a simple HI would have been suffice. Did your mummy not hug you enough darling? Do you have trouble talking to girls? You dumb fuck.

So you may notice that I have now set my comment board to not accept anonymous comments. Sorry about that guys but you are all more than welcome to email me, and Mr. Stalker I encourage you to email me please as that way The Victoria Police can track you down faster.

The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:

PART 1--PRELIMINARY

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to amend the Crimes
Act 1958 with respect to the offence of stalking to
ensure that the offence--
(a) covers cyberstalking; and

(b) no longer requires proof as to the actual
effect on the victim of the course of conduct
engaged in by the offender; and
(c) has extra-territorial operation.
2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day after the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

PART 2--AMENDMENT OF CRIMES ACT 1958

3. Cyberstalking
In section 21A(2) of the Crimes Act 1958, for.
paragraph (b) substitute--


5 "(b) contacting the victim or any other person by

post, telephone, fax, text message, e-mail or

other electronic communication or by any

other means whatsoever;


(ba) publishing on the Internet or by an e-mail or
other electronic communication to any



person a statement or other material--


(i) relating to the victim or any other

person; or
(ii) purporting to relate to, or to originate
from, the victim or any other person;
(bb) causing an unauthorised computer function
(within the meaning of Subdivision (6) of
Division 3) in a computer owned or used by
the victim or any other person;
(bc) tracing the victim's or any other person's use
of the Internet or of e-mail or other
electronic communications;".
4. Removal of requirement as to actual effect of stalking
(1) In section 21A(2) of the Crimes Act 1958, omit
"and the course of conduct engaged in actually did
have that result".
(2) In section 21A(3) of the Crimes Act 1958, omit
"and it actually did have that result".

5. Extra-territorial operation of offence
In section 21A of the Crimes Act 1958, at the end
of the section insert--
"(6) It is immaterial that some or all of the course
of conduct constituting an offence against
sub-section (1) occurred outside Victoria, so
long as the victim was in Victoria at the time
at which that conduct occurred.
(7) It is immaterial that the victim was outside
Victoria at the time at which some or all of
the course of conduct constituting an offence
against sub-section (1) occurred, so long as
that conduct occurred in Victoria.".
6. New section 598 inserted
At the end of Part VII of the Crimes Act 1958
insert--
"598. Transitional provision--Crimes (Stalking)
Act 2003
(1) The amendments of section 21A of this Act
made by Part 2 of the Crimes (Stalking) Act
2003 apply to offences alleged to have been
committed on or after the commencement of
that Act.
(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), if an
offence is alleged to have been committed
between two dates, one before and one after
the commencement of the Crimes (Stalking)
Act 2003, the offence is alleged to have been
committed before that commencement.
(3) The amendments of section 21A of this Act
made by Part 2 of the Crimes (Stalking) Act
2003 do not affect the rights of the parties in
the proceeding known as DPP v Sutcliffe
(No. 6562 of 2000) in the Supreme Court.".

So to Mr. Stalker, I am putting a warning out to you. This is considered harassment and is a criminal offence. You will be caught in a matter of time I don’t know what I have done to offend you but I am sorry for whatever I may have done that’s made you continuously harass me. I’ve obviously ticked you off.

If this is a gentleman by the name of Simon then I want to say that the comment I left on your blog was coming from a very good place, what I wrote was me expressing what a truly great blog you have and giving you another perspective. Its also called constructive criticism. Deal with it sugar and maybe that way a woman will want to hang around and stay with you.

If this is a bandster who feels that I am threat to them for some pathetic reason please speak to your therapist as you have some major issues that need to be sorted. We need to stick together not pit against each other. WE are in the same boat.

Your hatred only drives me, makes me want to succeed even more. Makes me want to lose more weight and more weight. It encourages me and drives me even more, are you so stupid you cant see that?
