Well after a lot of thought I have decided to take an indefinite break from writing my blog. I don’t know how long for, all I can say is I am over people dogging me and dragging me down with the constant blah blah blah and criticism and the hate mail and all the bullshit.
I don’t understand why people spend their time hassling other people. I’ve said it heaps of times but I know that if I don’t like something that somebody is saying I would express my opinion but would not be obscene about it, or I simply just wouldn’t read their blog. I also wouldn’t dog somebody’s blog. To me a blog was always someone’s thoughts and journaling. I was okay until the other day when a “Sylvester” left his little comments on my blog and I basically thought enough is enough. (Day 99 comments)
It just saddens me that people feel its necessary to try and cull someone down. So Sylvester you win. I don’t feel safe writing and expressing myself if people such as yourself have this compulsion to be vile.
In reference to “my black leather dildo”, it was a joke for fucks sake. A joke that I used to say to make people laugh and now some fruitcake perv goes and leaves the message that they do and it just made me feel “icky”. Its one thing to laugh and joke about it but another when things go that step too far.
You know Sylvester your comments may have been a joke on your behalf, as I don’t know you nor am I here to judge you, but maybe you should think about what you say and how you say things as you have come across as some pathetic sick deviant.
So to all my gorgeous friends, family, readers and fellow bandsters and pre-bandsters it’s been an absolute pleasure having you all drop around and read about my trials and tribulations. Your support, friendship, words of encouragement and camaraderie have been absolutely amazing and I am forever grateful. Love to you all.

I agree with everyone else, dont stop blogging because of some idiot who cant be nice, ignore them, ignore the hate mail, block the senders etc, dont let them see that they have won, as then they will get even more big headed. Sorry to hear about all the hassles honey. Your blog is a great read and I will miss it. I have a virtual oyster bed in my head...full of pearls of wisdom(not)that will go wasted. Look at the messages your readers have left you. You have inspired so many people on so many levels and what have you always said "I am not a defeatist" yet you are falling into this persons trap.
You write so well, you write with so much humour and fevour. Have you told your readers that you have been approached by a Book Publisher? Thats how amazing this blog is and thats how awesome you write. What book publisher would want to pay you to write a book only to have you stop half way through? Think about it.

If you need to stop this because you need your life back, then stop. But dont stop because someone has hurt you.
We are all overweight and have had a lot of hurt in our lives and we have all given up so many times,given up on ourselves! This is how we all ended up here. But the band means that we are now taking control and that we refuse to give up on ourselves anymore!
Dont give up on the blog Reney, you have said your self that this is part of your healing and girl you deserve to heal. You also said that people who keep a journal are more incliened to succeed and Reney you have to succeed at this, at all of this; the whole journey.
You have had a couple of tough weeks and this is when you need to stick it out the most. You were really starting to open up and blossom, you have grown on line Reney and made so many wonderful friends along the way; are you ready to give all this up?
There will always be assholes and haters in our lives, but we have to have strength in oursleves to over come the hurt! I hope that makes sense, because you taught me that Reney, you taught all of us never to give up and to believe in ourselves.

It has definitely helped me to read your blog - it helps me stay motivated on this topsy turvy journey. Girl, your words have helped soooooooo many people (whether you realise it or not). As 'Bee' said this is a chance for you to really believe in yourself cos Reney we all believe in you!!!
