Day 100 – The Dreaded Lurgy

I have the dreaded lurgy and I ache all over. I feel like I have run a marathon and then had boxing lessons with Mike Tyson. I am sooo exhausted.

I don’t have much to really report. I managed to sleep in until 9am this morning and then sat in front of the teli watching MTV and drifting in and out of sleep.

My cold is progressively getting worse so I decided to lay low and try and sleep it away. I then got up feeling very refreshed and went and did my weekly groceries. I drove all the way to the supermarket only to get out of my car and have this wanting desire to just turn myself around and go back home. I looked so feral with no make up and I was dressed like a knob head but I didn’t care less what I looked like. (That’s very unlike me!!!)

I grabbed a shopping trolley only so that I could lean my entire body on it and I could drag my feet along. I basically did my shopping and drove home with the car heater blaring.

I have forced myself to eat, never EVER thought that I would ever have to force myself to eat and thought about going for a walk. I managed to put my tracksuit on and only to fall asleep on the sofa instead.

Anyways nothing much to report I’m going to have to chill out a bit this weekend and try and get over this lurgy.
