Day 94 - A busy day!

Alister came around last night as mentioned. The poor thing had to sit through not one but two chick flicks and every time he complained, sighed or groaned I would pull his arm or leg hairs and let out a huge “Shuddup”. I think I should become a dominatrix as I love torturing him and he seemed to be lapping it all up.

Alister came over with Maccas and the smell was off putting. I find it rather bizarre that ever since my surgery fast food really stinks. The smell makes me feel rather nauseous. I don’t know if this is all in my head or I seriously dislike the smell. So I asked Alister if I could have a bite of his burger (get your minds out of the gutter thank you) and he shoved his Big Mac in my face (I said get your minds out of the gutter you dirty birds!!!) I took the tiniest bite and chewed and I didn’t like the texture, or the taste one bit so I spat it out. I really think that Maccas is out forever. Hey!! I have no problem with that whatsoever but I am intrigued with what I can and can’t have.

Alister and I sat close to each other on the sofa watching both movies, which was a right royal pain in the arse as he kept sticking his finger in my ear, up my nose and trying to play cute with me. I think he thought he was going to get some. That aint going to happen. He left at 1.00am and I went straight to bed, as I was tired.

This morning I managed to wake up at 6.00am, which baffles me. I mean seriously go fucking figure!!! I struggle to get up at this time on weekdays!!! Yet some weekends I wake up at the crack of dawn. I decided to go for a run immediately. I know myself and know that if I even plant my fat arse down on the sofa then I wouldn’t be going anywhere.

So out the door I ran with Elvis leading the way. Elvis was almost flying he was running so fast. All I could see were his ears flapping it was awesome. Man I love running and I have missed it. I have been a bit neglectful of my running of late. I have been doing so many other activities, I came home and was full of energy so I decided to do some weights in the garage for 20 minutes and I then decided that a Bikram Yoga class would be fun so I did a class and then came home and collapsed from exhaustion. I then napped on my sofa for a while.

This afternoon saw me catching up with my bestie V for a quick coffee, which was fun. I then spent a bit of time today reading other bandsters blogs. It was nice reading about other people’s lives and it was nice to see people’s progress. You know what amazes me? Everyone’s pre-surgery photos we all look sad and depressed and then post-surgery we all look ecstatic. Its mad and I love it.

There’s not much else to report, I am feeling great I am eating a bit more than usual which isn’t that much of a bad thing I guess and all is just peachy.

So I’m out of here for today!!!
