After a late night I awoke at 11.30am. Come on and say it with me “Reney is a slack arse” I was so exhausted and tired and it was great to just lay in bed and snooze in and out of glorious sweet sleep.
When I decided to finally surface and get out of bed I had this amazing burst of energy. I put my trainers and tracksuit on and got Elvis ready and quickly left my house. I decided to go for a walk. I was so eager to get out of my house because If I sat down and thought about things I knew that I would find an excuse not to go.
I usually start by doing the Reney Shuffle. I have named my exercise routine the Reney Shuffle as I walk 40 steps I run 40 steps. I usually do this for 40 minutes. This morning though I don’t know what took control of my feet but I ran for 15 minutes straight. I ran and I ran and I ran and I thought my lungs were going to collapse. It was insane but damn it felt sooooo good.
Every pound of the pavement I was timing it with my breathing. Dude it was awesome! Elvis was running along with me and loving it. Thank God I had the good sense to bring his 6-meter retractable leash as he was running like there was no tomorrow. I caught myself counting with every step I was taking. It was really weird.
So I ran like I mentioned for 15 minutes and then walked for 10 minutes trying to regulate my breathing. For the whole 10 minutes I was literally gasp, gasp, gasp, and I could feel my heart just pounding in my chest and I swear I could feel it vibrating up into my ears. It was electrifying and I loved the feeling. Could this be adrenalin?
I got home and BOOM I had this energy just take control of my entire body. I was all hot and sweaty and then ran around my house and cleaned from top to bottom. I had the house looking spick and span and then jumped in the shower and then got dressed to go to do my grocery shopping.
Once I got home from the Organic Supermarket I looked at the time and it was 3.oopm and I had put nothing but water into my body and surprisingly I had no appetite. I had all this energy it was awesome. I contemplated eating something and sat down and thought about what to eat and I worked out that I was not hungry in the slightest.
My appetite has definitely left the building but a few days ago I was really hungry at meal times. I don’t know whether this is normal and I’m curious as to whether I am going to need a fill? Has anybody else felt like this?

P.S I want to send out a HOLA to a lovely lady by the name of Vicki whom I met on The Melbourne Bandits Thread who is having her lap band surgery on Monday. We share the same surgeon. I will be thinking of you Vicki!
